- MBBS Degree and PG in Public Health (MD (PSM)/MD(CHA) or M.Sc Epidemiology with two years experience in Public Health for Epidemiologist posts.
- MBBS & MD/DNB in Medical Microbiology/Lab Medicine or Ph.D with with two years experience in clinical Laboratory services for Microbiologist posts.
- Master Degree in Veterinary Public Health/Veterinary Epidemiology/Veterinary Medicine/Veterinary Microbiology/Veterinary Pathology and 15years experience in Veterinary Public health/Veterinary Epidemiology/Animal Health in Public Sector for Veterinary Consultant post.
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Computer Science/IT/Electronics with size years GIS related projects in Health/Social Sector for GIS Consultant post.
- Graduation in twenty years in Administration in public sector or Master Degree (MBA) in Hospital/Health Management with 15 years experience in Administration in public sector/Health Sector for Program manager cum Administrator post.
- Post Graduation in Computer Science (MCA/M.Tech/ME) or MBA for Consultant (IT) post
- Master Degree with 10years post qualification experience/handling programmes supported by Government of India for Consultant Procurement post.
- Post Graduation in mass communication/Journalism with 3-5years experience for Communication officer post.
- MBA in HRD with three years health/social sector Experience for Training Officer post.
- Graduation with ten years Health sector work experience for Administrative Consultant post.
