- MBBS Degree from recognized Institution/University.
- PG/PG Diploma in concerned subjects/Speciality with three years post qualification experience after Acquiring PG qualification.

Pay Scale :
Selected candidates will carry Monthly Emolument Rs.40000/- (Weekly five days work).
