Educational Requirements:First class degree at Bachelor and Master Level in Human Resource Management. Training in HR functions related to Recruitment and Appraisal systems as per International best practices will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:Minimum 7 to 8 years experience in recruitment particularly for National and International faculty and staff, Performance Appraisal system of Institution/University or Multinational corporate, heading HR division at senior or middle level. Experience in NIT/IIT or International Institution would be preferred.
