Pay Scale: A consolidated remuneration of Rs.25,000/- per month. No other payments will be made. Tax as per Income Tax Provisions would be deducted at source. However, a sum of Rs.36,000/- per annum @Rs.3,000/- per month may be given as annual variable pay/incentive linked to their performance.

Educational Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate Degree from any recognized University. Preference will be given to those having Master Degree in Commerce/MBA (Finance). Candidates should have computer proficiency.

Experience Requirements: 3-5 years of work experience in accounting in a NGO or other organizations. Computer literacy and proficiency in an accounting software are essential.

Programme Executive (Planning, MIS, Monitoring & Evaluation)

Experience Requirements:3-5 years of work experience in implementation of rural development/ poverty alleviation/
livelihoods development projects at the grassroots level. Familiarity with monitoring procedures
and requirements to externally funded programmes will be an added advantage.
