Educational Requirements: (i) be a retired Under Secretary or equivalent of Government of India (ii) have experience of dealing Plan Scheme run by the Govt., MoU to be entered with International Organizations in connection with holding of exhibitions, framing of Recruitment Rules, etc. (iii) be below 65 years of age and in good health (iv) proficient in the use of Computer (v) should have no disciplinary proceedings pending as on the date of application.
