Educational Requirements: B.Com with Ist class/ division and passed the final examination of CA / ICWA with demonstrable skill in use of MS Office and Windows. The candidates should have passed CA/ICWA examination within 5 years of initial registration.

Experience Requirements: Should have three years post qualification experience of which two years in executive /gazetted officer cadre.
