How to Apply: The applicants should send full filled prescribed application form obtained from the HDFC Bank, Model Town Branch, Rohtak on cash payment of Rs. 400/- for General category male candidates and Rs. 200/- for female candidates (Haryana domicile only) and Rs. 100/- for Reserved category male candidates and Rs. 50/- for female candidates (Haryana domicile only). The above said application should be sent to Registrar, Pt. B.D. Sharma University of Health Science, Rohtak.
