How To Apply: To fill the following vacancies of the PMU, the Bureau invites applications from retired Central/State Government servants, along with their Bio-data and Pension Pay Order (PPO) which may be sent to Assistant Director(Adm) BPR&D, CGO Complex, Block-XI, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 so as to reach within three weeks from the date of publication of the advertisement through e‐mail: adadm.bprd.nic.in or through post or by Fax on 011‐24369825.

General Conditions: 1. Person (s) would be engaged for a fixed period and providing high quality services to the BPR&D and for attending to specific and time-bound jobs.
Professionals with requisite qualifications and retired government employees with relevant experience as prescribed would be hired.
2. The contractual appointment of persons would be for a period up to 31.03.2015. The contractual appointment would be on full-time basis.
3. The educational qualification and eligibility conditions are given in Annexure-I. The persons so appointed on contract basis shall not be entitled to any allowance such as Dearness allowances, residential telephone, transport facility, residential accommodation, personal staff, CGHS, medical reimbursement, etc.
4. Maximum age for holding contractual appointment to the respective posts in BPR&D shall be 65 years or till the project is completed or up to 31.08.2015 whichever is earlier.
5. They will not be entitled for any kind of regular leave except casual leave for 08 days on Pro-data basis.
6. A contractual appointee shall not draw any remuneration in case of his/her absence beyond 8 days in year (calculated on a pro-rata basis). Also un-availed leave in a calendar year cannot be carried forward to next calendar year. The Competent Authority would be free to terminate the services in case of absence of a person by more than 15 days beyond the entitled leave in a calendar year.
7. No TA/DA would be admissible to them for joining the assignment or on its completion. Should they be required to travel outside Delhi in connection with the work of the organization the period of their appointment, they will be entitled to draw TA/DA as per normal Rules. The higher entitled class of travel for Govt. duty would be by first class or AC-2 tier by all trains including Rajdhani Express. Retired contractual employees will not be entitled to travel by air.
8. The applicants should possess working knowledge in computer and having an inclination to work without the assistance of the supporting staff.
9. The contractual employee will have to register their timings of arrival and departure with the bio-metric system.
10. Those who have retired from CPSU/PSE/Autonomous body are not eligible.
