CESCOM Mysore Recruitment 2014 – Apply Online for 187 Assistant Lineman Vacancies
Chamundeswari Electricity Supply Corporation Limited (CESCOM) Mysore has released notification for recruitment of the 187 Assistant Lineman posts. Eligible Male / Female candidates candidates can apply online from 15-03-2014 to 15-04-2014. Name of the Posts : Assistant Lineman
Name of the Trades :
1. ITI (Male/ Female Candidate) : 70 Posts
2. ITI (Female candidates) : 117 Posts
Age Limit : Candidates should have attained the age of 18 years and shall not be more than 35 years in case of General Merit candidates, 38 years in case of Category IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB candidates and 40 years in case of SC/ ST and Category I candidates. Age limit should be reckoned as on last date of submission of applications. Age relaxation will be applicable as per ther rules.
Educational Qualification : Candidates should have passed 10th Standard Examination and should have a pass certificate of three years “Lineman trade”/ “Electrician trade” (ITC) imparted by the Industrial Training Institutes of KEB/KPTCL for Sl.No.1 and should have a pass certificate of 18/24 months course in “Electrician/ Electronics/ Electronic Mechanic” trade from Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) recognized by Government of Karnataka. for Sl.No.2.
Mode of Selection : Selection process will be strictly on merit base, based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination only.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 400/- (Rupees Four Hundred Only) in respect of candidates belonging to General Category and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB and Rs 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) in respect of candidates belonging to SC/ ST category. Fee should be paid in the form of Bank Challan at any of the branches of State Bank of Mysore.
How to Apply : Eligible candidates can apply online through the website www.cescmysore.org from 15-03-2014 to 15-04-2014. After submitting the application online the candidates should obtain the printouts of acknowledgement and challan and keep it for future reference.
