Eligibility Criteria :

Age Limit : Candidates upper age should not more than 40 years. 

Educational Qualification : Candidates should possess Graduation for PDO & Panchayat Sahayak Posts And Diploma in Civil Engineering or Equivalent from a recognized Institution for junior engineer Post.

Pay scale : Selected candidates will be offered a pay band as mentioned below -

Panchayat Sahayak posts : Rs.6000 per month

Panchayat Development Officer posts : Rs.12000 per month

Junior Engineer posts : Rs.12000 per month

Mode of Selection : 
1. Junior Engineer and Panchayat Sahayak : The candidates against the posts of Junior Engineer and Panchayat Sahayak will be selected through awritten test. The written test will be of 150 marks and questions will be on the following subjects :
i. General Aptitude
ii. General Knowledge.
iii. Numerical Aptitude.
iv. Computer Skills.
v. General English.

2. Panchayat Development Officer : The candidates against the posts of Panchayat Development Officer will be selected through written test and oral interview. The shortlisted candidates from the written test will be called for an oral interview which will be of 20 marks. The final selection will be made on the basis of the aggregate marks secured by the candidate in both written test and oral interview.
